Wheelchair Tie Downs

Anyone know of a place that will make custom floor mats to fit inside of wheelchair accessible mini-van? It would need to be custom cut for length, width, and holes for access to tie downs.

My son who has severe special needs and is non verbal rides the bus to school and is in a wheelchair. Today the bus driver tells me that on monday (yes 2 days ago) that my son completely tipped over in his chair and that the tie downs came out from the van floor. They checked him over and held his chair for the rest of the way in place (totally illegal) even though it was just a few minutes. He tipped right in schools parking lot they should have took him to school to be checked by a nurse. He has a seizure disorder and we think he hit his head. We now found out today they were not going to notify myself or the school but the other child on the bus was going to tell so they had to tell me and the school. They then gave there bus company a falsified report of what happend. They told them that when this happened that they returned my son to school to have him checked and had the problem fixed immediately when they did not. They risked my sons life. What would you do? Legal Rights? Help!!
I live in Pa and he does have a little bruising near his right temple on his head. That is the only injury we could find since he is non verbal and already has hemiparesis. He just had a broken collar bone from falling down steps at school 2 months ago, so he is still hurt from that. He had a hemispherectomy and hip surgery. Hard to tell what injuries may have come from this You know???
Thanks to all the responses,, and to the person saying I just want money. Live one day in my shoes and I will leave it at that because you could not!!!! All I care about is my son.

Because the laws of individual states vary....my STRONGEST suggestion is you contact a local attorney who will be familiar with the laws of YOUR state.

My grandfather is 78yrs old and he is a heavy man but he still manages to get up and walk or wobble.. the thing is that when he put him in his wheelchair/sofa he tries to get up for no reason he falls! he is never alone but he still tried to get up. At night he stands up and walks around the house without supervision.. and sometimes he falls! We do not want him in a nursing home bcause we have a lot of family and we can take of him the question here is should we secure him in his bed at night? we were thinking about putting some bars or maybe a special belt around his waist ..same for his wheechair. Is this cruel? We're only preventing accident.
The bad thing is that we try to hold him down he starts yelling "IM TIED UP LIKE A DOG!! HELP HELP HELP HELP!!" (he is not all there) and we don't know what to do :(

Talk about this with his doctors. Or you might need to place him in a nursing home where he is watch 24/7.
