My daughter is 2 and is unable to walk and uses an adaptable stroller. I would like the stroller to be part of her costume. Does anyone have any ideas???
Thank you!

Now that I'm looking closer, I see that the same woman who sells the devil stroller costume also makes two more that might be more appropriate for your daughter-

I'm guessing that your daughters chair probably has certain medical needs and that she probably can't be put into any umbrella stroller, but I hope I'm at least giving you some good ideas to brainstorm with
War of the wheelchairs.
I saw a pushchair/ stroller which attaches to a wheelchair on now i cant find the link?
I tried to search online for you to find the info, hoping maybe I'd stumble upon it. No luck but there seems to be clamps you can buy to attach two strollers and there also seems to be clamps that attach two wheelchairs so..... perhaps one or both would work to convert a regular stroller to attach on? Another thought I had was to contact either a non-profit charity that specializes in helping children or parents with needs and see if they can help out. Only last avenue I would suggest would be to contact a wheelchair/special needs supplier and see if they know of the item you are searching for. If you live in the UK I found this source for help: Fledglings are a non-profit making organisation who help find specialist products for disabled children. Their website is www.fledglings.org.uk, telephone 0845 458 1124.
Best of luck to you in finding a reasonable solution to your unfortunate problem. It really shouldn't be this hard to find a solution! ♥

I am going to Six Flags this weekend, and have a serious heart condition, which makes it very difficult for me to walk places. I wanted to rent a wheelchair, and was wondering if anyone knows what the charge is @ their local Six Flags.. Thank u!
The Six Flags Texas site says : "The fee for a standard wheelchair is $25 plus a $50 deposit, and an Electronically Controlled Vehicle (ECV) is $40. You must leave a driver's license as a deposit. Because there are a limited number of wheelchairs for rent, we suggest you bring your own and/or come early to ensure availability."
I checked several other Six Flags sites & all they say is "Strollers, Wheelchairs, and Electric Convinience Vehicles (EVC's) are available to rent on a first-come first-serve basis, just inside The Promenade at the entrance to Six Flags. A nominal fee is required and availability is limited."

Me (15) & my family of 4 are going to disney world and I'll be needing a wheelchair (for the first time ever) due to all the walking and me having fibromyalgia & other illnesses. But my lil sis (3) will need a stroller too. So that leaves my brother to push one of us, while my mother pushes the other.
I dont want the both of them busy w/ us while we're on vacation! So is there an altenative? Is there something that hooks a stroller to a wheelchair? Should I attempt wheeling myself? Or should I let my sis sit between my legs in the chair?
Having your sister in your lap sounds like a good idea, but i've pushed a lot of people in wheelchairs and strollers and really when i'm in disney land or whatever i dont even notice that i'm pushing someone unless they talk or the chair/stroller gets stuck on something. It's really not that big of a deal.
Or you could push your sister's stroller while your brother pushes you both =)
My husband and I would love to take the La Jolla Coast Walk but we will have our 1 yr old son and we weren't sure if the paths were wheelchair/baby stroller accessible. Also, any additional information on the walk would be greatly appreciated! Thanks
Yes you can use a stroller, my sister does it all the time. Look at Seal Beach while you're there and go up by the shops. There are a lot of really nice art stores and some fun shops too like ice cream and candy. They all have pretty views too of the area, houses, beach etc. I'd recommend getting a dessert at Forever Fondue for you and your husband and sharing it, it is a little expensive but such a fun experience!!

Words of wisdom @ Terrible Palsy
I was thinking about what words of wisdom I can impart on the blogesphere. And I came up with my top ten as the weary Mum of four boys.
1. Never name your kid Mitchell. There is something that attracts to the name. When it was first pointed out to me how many mothers are screaming “MITCH-ELL”, I took it as a joke. Nope. No joke. That’s me. Every five seconds or so. Ten seconds on a good day.
2. Buy the kid a wheelchair. Not a stroller. Even if they can’t push it. Strollers are for babies. That is, unless the kid has another mode of transport like a walker
