does anyone know where i could get a rain cover for a maclaren wheelchair for my daughter?

my daughter has just been issued with a maclaren wheelchair/pushchair but i dnt know where to get hold of a raincover for it does anybody know

Does anyone know where i can buy rain-covers for a child of 7 whilst he is in his wheelchair?

Offhand, I can't remember who exactly the vendor was, but I got a couple of poncho type canopies for my daughter's wheelchair off e-bay. The place I got them from make thermal ones as well as waterproof ones, and they are in several sizes (my daughter is tiny and still in a kid-kart, but they make them right up to adult size). As well, they come in a number of funky patterns to appeal to your son.

I don't think this is the exact place, but this might help you in the right direction.

    With the Major I bought a sun canopy, rain cover and a basket. I'm going to miss the basket loads,there's 8 of us,but will have to invest in a decent large bag to put on the back. My main concern is what to do when it rains. My DD has major developement delay, she is 4yrs and 3 mths but is more like a 1yr 10mth old, so obviously cant hold an umbrella at all when it's raining so I was wondering what other people do in the rain. The only thing I've seen is the large waterproof cape thing which doesn't really keep the rain off her face and doesn't look very warm.
