if you are looking for a budget vehicle then an ex-london taxi could fit the bill.metrocab series 3 has toyota power plus wheelchair access & will still carry 5 people plus driver if a front seat is fitted.look online.manual gearboxes are rare,but superb!
ex- royal mail renault kangoo could be converted.whilst there are many mini-buses that could be converted ie mercedes traveliner,vw transporter & others.upgrading them to a day van complete with cooker,fridge & table would make a very practical vehicle for family recreational use.motor caravans & motorhomes could also be considered & could carry all the families
leisure & outdoor equipment.
