Does anyone know where I can find a dvd that caters to exercises for the disabled?

I am confined to a wheelchair and want to get into better shape but I can't seem to find a good exercise dvd that involves only sitting exercises. If anyone could help me, I would appreciate it.

I need help loosing weight. Please help):?

First of all, don't make fun of me.I am very sensitive and YES,I do have feelings. That's why I'm so emotional and sensitive. ._.
Ok so,yes,I'm over weight.(200 in 7th grade,this year 208 in 8th.<--I don't know. ._.)
I'm tired of my "friend" making fun of me of being over weight.
My cousin and I have made our New Years' Resolution to loose weight.
I'm watching what I eat but its hard since my sister eats alot of crap from fast food restraunts.
So whats keeping me from being fit is..
1.internet. (No duh.)
2.Exercising alone...(I don't like to exercise alone.Since my sister is too lazy to do any of that and my parents aren't home,I get bored.I do play outside with my other 3 dogs and look at the birds/clouds.Its just not fun playing alone....)
3.I have made alot of very good, trust worthy friends online. Its that only way to communicate with them.
4.I sometimes get alot of homework and it keeps me busy for the rest of the day.(I have dyslexia and its sometimes hard and I do my homework slow so I won't make a mistake.)
5.I absolutly LOVE to watch anime online since I don't have any dvd's of them.I also ABSOLUTELY LOVE to read manga online.(My parents are too lazy to go to a bookstore with me[the mall is the only place where I've seen a bookstore..].They promise me that we'll go on this day, that day comes;we don't go.The books my mom buy are for little kids. What I want are books I like.)
I want to be at least 110 pounds.I actually want to change and not be one of those women that
need a wheelchair for transportation or lay in bed and not see the outside world.
So I just need tips.I know loosing weight fast is bad.
So please answer.
Ty.

1. Eat low fat food/fat free food
2. Try not to go in the internet for once each week.
3. Ask your dad to buy food for you that are healthy.
4. Try to face your fears and exercise by yourself (ill also be there with you)
