The 48" long x 32" wide carrier has a 2" x 3" x 3/16" thick angle frame. The carrier's expanded metal floor is reinforced with four - 1" x 1" square tubing.

my daughter is 14 years old and is disabled we need a van with a lift but i have bad credit and low income can anyone help us i really don't know what else to do i can't get approved because of bad credit and low income and we don't have any family who can help us and we need this very bad my daugter had surgery in october and it is very painful for her to be picked up and put into the car now and also her chair wieghes 300 pounds and it is very hard for me to load on carrier on back of the car also if it rains were not able to go anywhere. and i myself just had surgery on my neck but no matter what i will always do what has to be done we just need some help please .
I don't know were you are living but I have seen Van for under $2K(I kown it still alot of money) us these will be over 15 years old however if you are in need it will get you by for a while. Once agin if you look around there are deals that you may have aid from local group + sell your car you could get. Hope this help some

I work in a nursing home, and we are in need of a van with a wheelchair lift. Does anyone know how I would begin to go about learning how to obtain one through a charity or fund raising etc. Any help is welcome.
I would recommend that you start by contacting your local mobility shop. They will not only be able to assess your nursing home's needs, but they should be able to point you in the direction of non-profit or government organizations that may be able to offset the costs of a wheelchair accessible vehicle. Ruminations » My Favorite 40th Birthday Party Ever
Over the weekend I celebrated my 40th birthday along with a pile of family and friends. The party was terrific — everything I had hoped that it would be and more. Thanks to all who attended and helped to make it such a delightful, memorable time!
I had a magnificent surprise shortly after the party got underway: my father, who is still in a wheelchair from an accident three weeks ago, turned up along with all of the family members who had schemed and conspired to get him up for a visit. I had just spoken to my stepmom the day before, who had confirmed my suspicion that they wouldn’t be coming, and then was wracked with guilt for the next day at leading me astray to preserve the surprise. What a delight to have them all there together! Special thanks to my brother, who found a van with a wheelchair lift to make that possible.
