He is able to transfer to another seat and to climb a few stairs. Accessible restrooms are important.

Most places are accesible-it is manditory for businesses!

My father and his friend are not bound by wheelchair, but they cannot climb many stairs due to hip issues; neither one of the men are accustomed to using their handicap "privilege." My mother wants to purchase the tickets in advance, but this is beyond my expertise.

Cant be much help, but i would suggest going onto the braves website, and finding a customer service number, i assume they could walk you through it
