even if he is not paralized. even if he/she is a Cop or Corrections ...it is not the point. this action by the defendent exposed a severe -mental flaw- that NO ONE in this field should have. and that is The propensity for violence.
No second chance on this one.
they are authorized to carry guns.
what if she snapped while having a gun...in public?
that is amazingly so cruel. where did that idea of dumping a person off a wheelchair come from. it looked so Matter of fact. like it has been done before.
The # 1 solution to this is to adapt a New Style Inmate chair that appears less like a Wheel chair and more like a regular chair.
www.realitycatcher.com It's about police brutality. Don't try to make it about race. Comments with ignorant racial epithets will be erased ...
...while in police custody for a minor violation? They have it on tape. Seems these cops thought he was faking it, which apparently he wasn't.
It's a shame when the ones that are suppose to uphold the law are the ones breaking it.
Can you say...lawsuit?
Since the one who did this was black and he was white why was this not a race thing. If the man was black Jessie and sharpton would be all over this she should be fired.
Anyone heard anymore about whats happening with this poor guy

She did not believe that he was disabled, which he is, and another officer just laughed. The man did not appear to be causing trouble. No report was made about it at the time, and it was finally brought to the department head's attention via a video. This wheelchair bound man has no feeling from the chest area down, and I believe that two ribs were broken in the incident.
Pavoratti: Che cosa? I know weird things happen in SF but we're talking different stories. And the victim was NOT a transvestite.
I saw that vid just a minute ago. Every commissioned officer in that room should have their commission revoked, Every department employee to include commissioned officers should be charged with felony assault or accessory to. This would keep them from getting any govt job or any other job that required a security clearance.
This is a good example of why the partiot act should be revoked and no person should desire the govt to solve your problems. Give someone a badge and the trust to protect you and they abuse physically challenged people. what a cryin shame.
Pandagon :: The police state continues: quadriplegic dumped from ...
Sterner, who can drive, was arrested on a traffic violation. When he was booked into the Orient Road Jail last month, Sterner couldn’t believe what happened.
He says a deputy looked at him and didn’t believe he was a quadriplegic. She walked behind him, took the handles on the back of the hospital-grade wheel chair and dumped it forward .
Sterner says he tried to roll as he was going down, but hit so hard he thought he had broken two ribs. Then, while he was on the floor, deputies frisked him and tried to get him back into the chair…Sterner says it’s incredibly degrading and it’s an example of how poorly trained the Hillsborough Sheriff’s...
