They have an incredible number of exercise video's. You might be able to find what you are looking for there.
I have Cerebral Palsy, and I was going to the gym off and on. Last January I decided to get serious so I made a workout plan between 300 workout ...
I have a friend who is in a wheelchair and she was wondering what she could do to keep herself fit and healthy and maintain a good weight. Any suggestion? I really need some ideas.
She can push herself in her chair and everything but she doesn't have any feeling in her legs.
Is it a wheelchair that she can move herself along in ? Some wheelchairs have a ring attached to the wheels so that the person can propel themselves along instead of having someone push them. It is hard work at first (well for 6 months or so) but eventually your arms get really strong and you no longer get into a sweat . You can burn a lot of calories this way. Otherwise if the weather is horrible and she doesn't want to go out she could use a set of dumbells , say two kilo size to begin with and make up a whole range of arm exercises. If she has any mobility of her legs then she should do what ever movements are possible , as it is good to keep circulation going and retain any muscle tone that there is . Obviously a healthy diet and support from her friends will help very much in keeping fit.
Yes depending on what illness they have. If you are? Then you can get your upper body in great shape. Mostly stagnent body building movements such as bicep culs, ect.. Do as much as you can.. God bless you

Help...I need some sort of exercise for someone that can't walk
Just pushing the Wheelchair up ramps or steps can give your Upper body a work out as well as your lungs. Also pushing down on the arm rests of the w/c and trying to lift your bottom of the seat. There are also lots of dumbbell exercises for strength, use a lighter weight and do more reps.
Also if you have a street with a big hill, try and climb it in a W/C. Resterators (arm bikes) are OK but try doing more active activities, that a person will stay with longer and mix it up.
If the person is to weak to push their own chair. Have them try and blow up balloons for lung strength, Try Horse shoes, or other activities. Make him pick up the horseshoes himself if he is able. Be creative and have fun and keep moving

Exercises for handicapped people? | Electric Wheelchair News
Due to a physical disability, I’m in a wheel chair non-motorized). I do have a weight problem (under 300lbs.) and am looking for exercises that I can do to help me lose weight. Currently I’m unemployed, so I can’t really participate in things that cost a lot of money; I do get S.S. disability income. Also, I am not wheel chair bound; I can get on the floor to do exercises.
