I have an ankle sprain and I have crutches. Hotel, dinner show and Orlando tickets were bought in advance so I can't cancel. So I will have to rent. But my parents are 72 and 76 years old. Can they push me in the wheelchair? I was never in a wheelchair, will I get tired to roll the wheels myself? If a wheelchair will make my parents too tired, then I should rent a ECV instead. But if it's not necessary, I rather save money and take the wheelchair.
the electronice vehicle is perfect because my step-father is disabled and it's really convenient. i don't think that your parents would mind pushing you but it would be easier for all of you if you get the electronic vehicle. after a while on the manual chair, your shoulder blades start to hurt.

Have you thought of putting some "Go faster stripes" on it?
Also using a high quality wax polish on the paint will lower the wind resistance, therefore reducing drag as you go faster (the wax makes a smoother path for the air)
Maybe greasing the bearings with some low rolling resistance bearing grease will lower the friction in the bearings, that'll add a little extra also.
You can rewind the motors also, but thats a bit hi-tech...
Don't forget the wheelie bars & parachute.

how do i go about taking out the restrictor in an electronic wheelchair from walmart, I want to do this to make it go faster but i dont know how to do it please anyone help
There isn't a seperate restrictor. It's a setting in the motor control board. Since I don't know which particular motor control they are using, I can't tell you.
