can people with rheumatoid arthritis get a wheelchair and handicap pass for disneyland?

and how will it work if i can get a wheelchair. will i wait in regular lines or go in the fast pass lines? will disneyland give me a wheelchair to use?

If you have a disabled metro transit,, or any transit districts ID, or can provide any type of proof

if you are doing it just so you can get on more rides forget it,, they have heard it all,,, and unless you have a legit reason and can prove it you are going to be standing in line just like everyone,,, watching all the weirdo's is more fun than the rides sometimes,,, it's part of the fun of Disneyland!!

I've been the Disneyland hundreds of times,,, the last few years as a disabled person

Do I need to rent a wheelchair in Disneyland?

I want to bring an injured friend so we can get to the front fast. Can we bring our own wheelchair, or must we rent one of Disney's to qualify?

You are allowed to bring your own Wheelchair and do not need to rent one.

You can get an Assistance Pass at City Hall at Disneyland or Guest Relations at CA Adventure. There is also a guide they will give you to where you need to enter each attraction. Just keep in mind that that is not a front-of-the-line pass. Because of safety requirements rides can only have a certain number of special assistance guests on an attraction at one time. So on several rides you will still be waiting at least as long(if not longer) as the regular line. Also, if the line is ADA compliant(which every ride in California Adventure is), you will be required to wait in the standard line for a majority of the time.

Do you think it's wrong that I rent a wheelchair at disneyland, even though I'm perfectly healthy?

After a couple hours of walking, my feet start to hurt, so I usually just rent a wheelchair. I think it's fun, and it's fun to mess with people while in one. What do you think of that?
It's also fun to grab girls asses and feign retardation.
And on top of that, If I pay for it, I can use it for whatever I damn well please.

renting a wheelchair at Disneyland?

I'll be going to Disneyland (here in California) next month. It's been 13 years since I last went even if I'm from CA, it was when I was in kindergarden. I have a walking problem. I tend to get tired after walking for a little while. When I last went, I rode on a stroller. Now that I am older or a teen, is it best if I ride on a wheelchair? How much does it cost to rent one?

Wheelchairs may be rented at Disneyland® Park or Disney's California Adventure® Park to the right just as you enter the Main Entrance.

Remember to save your ticket. If your rented wheelchair goes missing while you are at the park, bring your ticket to Wheelchair Rentals and we will be happy to provide you with a new wheelchair.

Wheelchair Rental
Disney's California Adventure® Park and Disneyland® Park: Manual wheelchair and Electric Convenience Vehicles rentals are available inside the Main Entrance for a fee of $10.00 for manual wheelchairs and $35.00 for ECVs. Both require a refundable deposit of $20.00.
Downtown Disney® District: Wheelchair rentals are not offered in Downtown Disney® District.

Wheelchair access in Disneyland? Ride transphering?

i am going to disneyland with my cousin who is 12 and she is in a wheelchair. i want to know all the rides we can go on where she either won't have to transpher or it will be easy for her to transpher. take into consideration that she is heavy and it is just her and i.
thank you

All of disney attractions are easy to get on and off. You may ask if there is some one that can assist you on rides like Pirates, Matterhorn, Space Mountain and Thunder Mountain...these attractions require you to bend over putting her into the car. They will give you a front of the line pass to where you can go to the exit of every attration with the exception of Buzz and Nemo you have to stay in line for those...also even for the parade they have several designated areas for the both of you to watch the parade and the fireworks....when you go into the park go to City Hall and in California adventures its Guest Services...there they will give you your pass and give you all the information of all the locations for you to go to...also if you like coffee for 5 bucks you can get unlimited coffee some ppl dont know about that ask about it at City Hall...also you may not need fast passes due to the fact that you will be getting into a better line...I hope this helps and make sure you go on a monday or a tuesday all the other days during the summer are really packed...they have all the shows and fireworks on both days as well just a lot less ppl...have fun

Disneyland Resort Manual wheelchair questions [Archive] - MousePad

I'm going to Disneyland next week and I had a pretty major knee surgery a bit ago. I am able to walk, but, have not been on my feet all day since surgery. I'm really nervous that I will be in pain so am thinking of renting a manual wheelchair and having my boyfriend push me. Do they rent a wheelchair to anyone or do I need to bring some sort of proof of disability? Although I think that might be illegal....I could just show my big scar, haha. The next question. I know that some rides have carts where you actually ride in your wheelchair. If I'm going on a ride like this that is not HCA and go through the exit, can I request to leave my wheelchair at the exit? I'm able to get up and move so would...
