After the diagnosis in January, as they were driving back home to Pinopolis from Trident Medical Center, Guerry said to her sister, Anne Marie Tracy, "You will unplug me."
Ten months later, Guerry says, "I pray to God, give me time to catch my breath."
And her sister, attentive, helpful, struggling almost as hard as Guerry to cope with it all, says, "We just hope to find the new normal."
