How come white people get mad when they see a wheelchair getting on the bus?

Today as soon as i deploy the lift, they started complaining, just like that. Dont they realize that they can be in that wheelchair someday?


because it takes time. but i think it is good that buses accommodate people with disabilities. It's got to be very hard to be a person in that sitiuation.

Does the express buses in NYC have wheelchair lifts? it's for my mom to travel more?

If your mother lives in New York and uses a wheelchair, a better option for her would be to use the special Access-a-ride service operated by the city, which brings a special van to her house to take her where she wants to go, all at a very reduced charge.

Where can I get a reliable used shuttle bus for our church?

We have handicapped folks that need a wheelchair lift and they are in need of paratransit shuttle service between the doctors office and home.


Try your local craiglist website or a local rental car agency. Or you may want to call your local transit or school bus company. Be sure to have the bus inspected , before buying. Good Luck.

What bus tour companies in LA can accommodate motorized wheelchairs?

I contacted several because I want to take a city tour and they all don't have buses with lifts (Grayline Los Angeles, Amazing Adventures, etc.). How is this even legal given that the Unruh Act is even more demanding than the ADA and the ADA stipulates that access must be provided?


Viptours and charters. I know, because my mother used one to do the grand tour of L.A. When contacting them, you have to ask specifically for a bus that is handicapped accessible.Good luck.
