Where can I find WheelChair Loaners or Rentals in Austin, TX?
King Without a Crown

I am going to be visiting Austin, TX from Aug 9-18 Need to find a wheelchair, have a sprained ankle and also Multiple Sclerosis. I am trying to get around with my walker but its going to be hard walking in Austin with it, so I believe a wheelchair would be necessary. Do you know a place I can rent one OR If you or you know someone that has one that I can borrow or if they can rent it to me, please let me know.. My boyfriend lives in Austin and we met on the internet and this will be our first meeting. Makes me mad that I go and sprain my ankle less than 9 days before I go and meet him... Can anyone help me.. Please, I cant pay mega bucks to rent one, but I am willing to pay minimum to rent it... Thankyou and hope to hear from someone soon. God Bless! Linda H.
Im not looking for a WheelChair Van... Im seeking a Wheelchair Rental... Or even a Scooter Rental... Need to go from point A to point B without having to walk... Thankyou... LH

Austin Considine - American Crossroads – State presents autopsy ...

For the prosecution, the last few days have been all about putting together the nuts and bolts of the state’s case against turner. Along with some witness testimony, and testimony by one of the investigating detectives, we’ve seen a lot of testimony from forensic pathologists about the nature of the wounds sustained by the victims, the cause of death for each of whom was multiple gunshots.

The autopsy photos shown today and Friday were horrific, especially the photos of the children. Two of the children, Luis, age 5,  and Alberto, age 11, were literally missing half of their heads. As the forensic pathologist explained, and as the crime scene documentation has made evident thus far, their entire brains were literally ejected from their skulls from the explosive force of the high velocity bullets to the backs of their heads. These are images that I cannot erase from my mind when I close my eyes. They have given me nightmares. The only reason I choose to go into any detail here is because I think people should know just how awful this crime was — what kind of beast it would take to do what was done the night of June 1, 2006.
