I've never heard of a walker with a seat, but you might try a medical supply store. If they are a vetern try your local DAV (disabled American vets)
Four wheel walker with a seat and brakes. Rollator Free Shipping $78 at Scooterville www.scooterville.com
I am disabled but would like to take short walks "off road" in grass or looser material. The smooth tires on assistance devices make this difficult. I am not talking mountain climbing just for something other than cement.
By smooth, you mean hard plastic, right? Something like what's pictured below may be what you're looking for. Pneumatic tires give you a little more in the way of accessibility, I'd say.

http://www.medicalsupply4u.com/ is a good website for medical supplies. They have all types of walkers in many sizes. Good luck.
Any personal experiences welcome, as well!
If this question should be in different category, which one?
Pro: they are easier to maneuver in tight places
Con: they are easier to tip over so I wouldnt recommend to someone who is weak all-around
Pro: they tend to be cheaper than 4-wheel devices
Con: they tend to be cheaper (not made as well, can break easier)
Pro: easier to transport in cars or buses
My Dad uses a walker. Hair and lint get in there and make it hard for him to manuver. Is there a way to remove it, without removing the wheels one by one? Thank you.
use the long point of a seem ripper to break stff up and scissors to pull it out.

Mobility Walkers Help You Take A Step Forward
Whether you call them Zimmerframes, as they are known in the UK, or mobility walkers, these devices help stabilize and balance disabled or elderly people so they can walk easier.
The first type of mobility walker made and which is still sold today is very basic. It is a simple frame, about waist height, a bit wider than the average body and around a foot deep. By gripping the sides for balance, picking up the frame and placing it forward, users are ability to walk a few steps until they arrive at their starting position. In this way, they are able to move forward while keeping their balance.
Changes have been made in this basic design over time to make the mobility walker easier and more comfortable to use. Instead of a set height, it is now adjustable. This allows the users to keep their arms bent so that circulation is not impeded. Mobility walkers are now made in different sizes as well, small enough for children and large enough for people who are overweight.
