my son is almost 5 months old...he is 16.5 pounds and 25 inches long. He can sit up well with support and a little bit with out support. Is he still too young to go in a walker?
well you can put him in a walker but it won't be good for his development... statistically babies who use walkers learn to walk about a month later than babies who don't. the babies can't see their feet and therefore aren't getting the information about what their body is doing for proper developement. so consider whether you should use it at all.
I looked at Sestze's walking legs tutorial and tried it for myself on a small mech I had made not too long ago. The tutorial: www.youtube.com ...
My flat is so small and there is no space for a walker. Do you suggest me still to buy it even if she would have little space that she can walk on?
Research walkers and exersaucers. They are illegal in Canada due to the Canadian government paying for health care and they don't want to deal with the health issues that can arise from using walkers and even stationary exersaucers. They are banned in some states as well. I totally didn't know this until I went to a baby safety seminar.

My baby girl is 5 months and 2 weeks. I bought her a walker last night but i didnt get much use out of it... is it too early? she barely started turning to her stomach... or should i get a smaller lighter walker? i saw few different ones at babiesrus but i didnt know which one to get so i just got her the only pink one i saw. was i suppose to buy the smaller one since shes only 5 months?
Walkers aren't good to use. Not only are they dangerous, but they could actually delay walking. She'll learn to walk when she's ready.
Jumperoos are ok if used for short periods of time. My son started using his around 4 months.

my baby is five months old and will walk with support i want to get her a sit in walker to help her and save my back. The thing is we have no shop to look at around here so i will buy on line. I want a compact one as our house is small so if it is large she won't be able to go far! Any ideas. - (She has a push along one that solves the space problems it was given to us but she is not ready for that yet)
we already have a door bouncer but its a bit too over springy just now till her head is completely stable
*yawn* who cares? why not go look for one?
I don't know what season it was in. But Karen Walker(Megan Mullally) had a very small dog in her purse. I was just wondering if anyone knows what season it was or what kind or type of dog it was? Thanks
A great dane I think. Or maybe a Irish wolf hound. I'm not sure.

FDL Action » A Public Option Opt-In Is Not The Same As State-Based ...
The news yesterday was the Harry Reid would include a public option with an opt-out provision in the Senate bill. There has been some reporting Reid might not have the votes for the opt-out and might need to water it down to a public option “ opt-in ,” state-based public plans, or trigger. A public option opt-in and state-based public plans are two very different proposals that many in the media seems to be falsely equating.
A true public option opt-in would be a national public option that states would need to actively opt in to. The federal government would create a single public option entity, but it would only be able to sell health insurance in states that passed a law to allow the public option in their state. This would be similar to the opt-out proposal where states would need to pass a law preventing the public option from providing health insurance. Probably only a dozen of the very bluest states would pass a law opting in to a national public option. Compared to the opt-out, where the hope is only a dozen of the reddest states would pass a law opting out. Besides denying the public option to most Americans, the other big potential problem with the opt-in is that too few states will opt-in to the public option, and it would be unable to develop the sufficient customer base needed to be viable.
