A back walkover, (I presume thats what you mean) Is simple! You start standing up with your foot out in front of you. You have your hands up. you bend backwards making sure that that leading foot goes up first and you kick over. Splits are also easy just strech everyday for 20 minutes!

I have a second hand air walker machine thing but i dont know what it does to help you or what i have to do on it, has anyone got one and knows what you do?
Just get on it and start doing a running motion. It's basically running without the jarring and heavy impact. You'll be surprised how hard it can be. I find my feet go a bit numb after a while. Eventually, like all other airwalkers, it will become a place to hang your clothes and towels to dry :-)
It is unfortunate to say, but your $500-$600 used B & W rod will only be worth as much as you can get someone to pay for it!
If your really in a market to sell, try EBay or the newspaper. Personally, I would not sell a quality rod such as a B & W for less than $350-$400. (I'm sorry that would be around 200-300 Euro's.) Of course it also depends on the condition the rod is in.
Go to http://www.ebay.com and see if you can find a B & W rod. Checking Ebay always gives you an idea of "how well" and for "what price" an item is selling.

i use a walker around my home to build my strength for when i get my prosthetic leg. i use the walker when i am not in my wheelchair, but i am getting coleuses on my hands which crack and bleed, i don't like wearing gloves, are there any other ways i can avoid getting the coluses on my hands.
