The front wheel fell off my roller/walker and I fell when I was fixing it. My hand hand got stuck as the walker folded on it. A trip to the ER later, my finger is broke and I got 13 stitches. Should I ask for my medical bills to be paid for? Should I receive and other compensation for my scar that I will have the rest of my life?

Accidents happen, why perpetuate frivolous lawsuits and raise insurance rates for the rest of us, when you are the one that fell over, fixing something that you are not qualified to fix. Besides, who is really paying your medical bills?

I am 27 years old and I am planning for my future.
I work as a nurse aide with senior citizens and middle aged people.I'm in school for early childhood education.
I just want to buy a few things for my future so that when I become a senior citizen, I will be prepared.
Where can I get a walker with a built in seat for discount price?
I have seen some of these walkers at Walgreens for about $127.
Is there a website or place where I can get a rolling walker with a fold down seat for cheaper than $127?
I also need the walker because every year I injure my legs dancing.I dance and every once in a while at least once a year I get injured dancing.It comes from not stretching before I dance and I always end up on crutches for 2 to 3 days.
The walker will come in handy when i become a senior citizen though too.
I just want to get a couple of things so that when I become a senior citizen I will be prepared.
I want to get a bed pan, a commode, a bath pan, and a standing cane.

Kate-Ann, you don't need to be preparing for your future by purchasing those items for yourself. If you really want to prepare yourself, invest that money while the market is low and let your money work for you. I think your heart is in the right place, but you should focus on getting your finances in order to support yourself when you're a senior citizen. But not by purchasing those items you think you will need when you are that age. With technology the way it is, it may all be obsolete by the time you're there! Now, if you are interested in purchasing those items for those you work with, I would suggest talking to the administrator(s) of the facility you work for. You may want to give them the link below to help them find lower prices. And the best of luck with your education in early childhood education. i got this walker from a friend and it has height adjustments but i can not figure it out i tried to look it up online and cant seem to find it if any one knows how to adjust this and fold it down for storage please let me know
its a Kolcraft tiny steps 2 in 1 walker.... thank you

Mine is under the tray there are two buttons on each side just push them together and slide the walker up or down to adjust. Some models have a button in the front and one in the back. I had to turn mine upside down and play with it to figure it out.

The only stories you hear from people involve waking up on the dining room table or peeing in the closet. Why don't sleep walkers ever do anything constructive. Wouldn't it be nice to wake up and have the laundry folded or breakfast ready?

Holy cow, I have some ironing that needs to get done. I would love for a sleep walker to come to my house and do the ironing. I saw a post where a girl found out she was a sleep walker because she woke up in the middle of a cold shower. Surprise. I bet that shocked her, but it made me laugh. That would be a hard way to find out you have a problem.
