No. My kids both walked at 10 months and neither ever had a walker. I am wary of products that have a baby supported by their crotch.

"Don't use walkers. They cause more injuries and deaths than they actually help. They do NOT help a baby walk. Crawling, then cruising is what helps a child to walk".
i heard that putting your baby in a walker can discourage your child from walking and cause there legs to appear bowed.
There's a HUGE difference between allowing your baby to enjoy being in the walker (supervised, of course!) for 15-20 minutes and letting them live in it. Too much of anything for anyone isn't good.
Walkers aren't meant to 'teach' them how to walk & I can only tell you from my own experience that it didn't delay my son from walking and that he's not bow-legged. He LOVED being in his walker, even if was only for shot periods of time.
