Can you recommend a secure and safe way to store a mobility scooter outdoors in a relatively small space
There is no really safe way unless you can lock it into concrete. Any small storage space is easily stolen unless it is. Locking the wheels only prevents someone rolling off with it. I've known several people who have had scooters stolen when they have only left them outdoors for a few minutes - locked and secure in small sheds. One had a neighbor see it hauled off with a fork-lift, but the neighbor thought the shed must have been sold to them because it was in daylight.

I need a mobility scooter which I, as a disabled person, can fold or disassemble, and put in the boot of a car. So I need to find the scooter with the lightest "heaviest piece", if you see what I mean. Any ideas?
