The left front is OK but the right is clicking frantically and no light shows. The back is OK.
Unscrew the lens, twist the bulb out, twist new bulb in, replace lens.

Here are some of my ideas. To make them attactive to people we need the government to help. How about free plates for the purchase of a motorcycle?? Or a free license?? Or no sales tax? Think of the fuel we could save if everyone who was able rode a bike of some kind.....look at India and China they do it and have no shortages!!
NO, NEVER! I've seen too many people badly injured from riding motorcycles in accidents.
It doesn't matter how careful the motorcycle driver is--drivers often don't see them because they expect to see cars, not motorcycles. Therefore otherwise cautious drivers of cars will sometimes pull out in front of motorcycles, etc.

The guys at College have the mopeds that go eeeeeeeeee, why on earth do they do that, is that really healthy?
My little scooter doesn't do it, he sounds nice!
Two stroke engines, that's why.
Even a small bike with a four stroke engine sounds "right"...if there is such a thing as sounding right.

I bought a used scoorter but I don't know where I can find the set price value of it... I tried KBB.com but it is just for cars... Any help?
On the manufacturers' web pages. They all have the MSRP. Duh.
I am looking at getting a 50cc scooter/moped for this summer to get me to work and around town. I want to be able to bring someone on it with me if need be while still being able to maintain like 35mph. Is that possible? I have found a bunch of sites that sell them, but none of the sites say if I can have a passenger. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
As others have mentioned, 50cc scooters are not generally suited for the uses you desire it to perform.
Most 50cc scooters are restricted to a 30 mph limit, this is to comply with the laws of most states that let 50cc and smaller displacement scooters to be operated with little or no regulations. Most of these scooters will go faster, if the restrictions are removed. Once the restrictions are removed, the scooter will typically top out in the 35-38 mph area. (Those figures are for 4 cycle engines. Scooters with 2 cycle engines will perform better by +5 mph)
The small engines are easy to modify, and will produce considerably better speeds, but although the parts and kits are readily available, they are not cheap, and the labor to install them is even more.
So, if you do manage to have a 50cc scooter with the power to perform as you want, you then face the seating issue, a few do have dual seating, but even with tandem seating, most 50cc scooters are really small and would be very crowded with a passenger on board. OK, there are a couple of 50cc models that are built on the same frames of their 'big brother' 150cc models... thus giving adequate space for two, this link shows one such model:

In real world use, a 150cc scooter would be far more suitable for your stated needs. You mention that you have seen a number of scooters on the Internet sites... 99% of the scooters sold by Internet dealers are of Chinese manufacture. These bikes are not without problems. This is not a major concern if you are mechanically inclined and are willing to perform work on the machine. Most folks are not so inclined and should not buy one of the Chinese models. Below is the best forum there is concerning the world of motorscooters, most of the people there own and use Chinese built scooters on a daily basis. They will be more than happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about motorscooters of any origin at all.

Saw one of these on Burnet Rd. in Austin today. It's a Piaggio MP3 . Apparently the front wheels "loosen up" at speed to allow for cornering, but are stiff at idle so you don't have to hold the bike up with your legs. There are, supposedly, other advantages as well. I'm no bike expert, but it seems like an interesting novelty. Glad, as always, of comments from those in the know.
My grandfather bought one about 6 months ago from the first patch. I had a chance to ride it recently and wasn't thrilled at all. You sit in it like it's a moped and the handling is completely different from any kind of cycle I've ridden. The wheel lock at lower speeds is set manually and if you don't have the bike level, your wheels will lock at an angle and you're forced to accelerate to unlock them again and correct. Shifting weight on it is awkward as you're sitting legs forward and not straddling, so there's no real sense of being on the bike in a controlled manner. Doing 65 on a moped-like seat is scary, especially when turning and you've got nothing to hug with your knees to stay on the bike.. except your knees.
