We purchased a Rascal 200T scooter in 2004. It was used only a handful of times. It cost over $2,000 back then. The battery is dead now and it is sitting in my house taking up space. How do these sell on the market. I looked on ebay but they do not list this model. It would be nice to sell it and give the proceeds to my father. Thanks.
There's a market for anything and everything. Put it on Ebay and see what bids you get. You aren't going to get new price of course, but you could set a minimum that you'd take.

we have an older rascal 240 scooter that someone messed with the wiring. I cant find a manual for it anywhere. I just need to the wiring diagram. I would really appreciate any info for finding one that anyone has.
I was able to locate a diagram for my scooter on a scooter parts site on the internet. I found a model that was really close to the one I have and it was the same. Most of the foriegn (Chinese type) scooters are the same and most parts are interchangeable. I wish I had the site to tell you but when my computer went down I lost the site.
The lighting won't be a problem, but I need to pull 70 or 80 more horse power out of it.
Got any suggestions?

my moms mobility scooter a rascal 889 needs a punctured innertube fixing/replacing and i dont know the first place too look, we are in the uk...
can she use the gummy stuff that you put into an innertube to prevent punctures in AFTER a puncture?

We have two month old batteries in our Rascal Mobility Scooter. It has a built in charger and worked until this months regular charge. It has always been in a climate controlled environment. We need an answer before they loose their charge.

According to the AFP , the Japanese vehicle, called the Rodem, allows a rider to straddle the seat, steer with a joystick and motorcycle-style handles, and rest their knees and chest on cushions. Researchers at Veda Internation Robot Research and Development Centre in Japan, which designed the futuristic wheelchair, hope this combination will allow the disabled more independence and free movement, without the aid of nurses and caretakers. Judging by the design, it certainly looks like Japan's aging population could slide onto the Rodem and scoot away much more easily than on a traditional motorized wheelchair.
