Moped Scooter

I was wondering how old you have to be to drive these moped scooters there not really mopeds becuase they don't have pedals but it's called a moped scooter it says it recomends it for 16+ but under that it says all riders under that age should where a helmet heres a link

You have to check with the state D.O.T. that you live in.

SOME states let you ride them at age 14, but NOT if it is over 49cc, then you have to have a regular driver license.

My uncle wants to give me a scooter/moped while I am on my vacation in Malaysia. I am from Toronto Canada how do I bring it back to toronto with me and what are the costs involved, shipping and duty/customs?

You just leave it there. It's cheaper to buy one back home than to import one. I traveled the world and I learned that whatever I got that didn't fit into the suitcase I'd lose.
And I lost tons of stuff, now I don't care, it's only stuff.

BOTH WILL USE PETROL FROM MAIN TANK
MAIN DIFFERENCE IS THAT
4 STROKE ENGINE NORMALLY HAS A SUMP WITH OIL IN TO LUBRICATE THE INTERNALS OF ENGINE/GEARBOX
2 STROKE REQUIRES 2 STROKE OIL BE MIXED WITH THE PETROL, TO LUBRICATE THE INTERNALS OF THE ENGINE/GEARBOX. THIS IS DONE BY A SECOND SMALL TANK UNDER SEAT AND THE TWO ARE MIXED JUST BEFORE ENTERING ENGINE CAN MEAN CARRYING SMALL CAN OF 2 STROKE OIL. BUT IT DOES THE SAME JOB OF LUBRICATING THE INTERNALS. THE 2 STROKE WILL REV HIGHER THAN THE 4 STROKE AND SMELL OF GRASS OR AT LEAST IT DOES TO ME.
THE BHP MAKE NO DIFFERENCE AS, AS A MOPED IT CANNOT LEGALLY GO MORE THAN 30MPH
PERSONALLY I WOULD GO FOR ONE WITH GEARS RATHER THAN TWIST AND GO
SO DO YOU WANT TO FILL UP WITH PETROL AND GO BUT HAVE TO CHECK THE OIL LEVEL IN THE SUMP (EASY) 4 STROKE OR FILL UP WITH PETROL AT GARAGE AND CHECK AND TOP UP SECOND TANK UNDER SEAT (JUST AS EASY)

What do you need to drive a 49.9cc moped / scooter.
I live in michigan and do you need a moped/scooter license or just a moped sticker or a drivers license and what age do you have to be.
Also if you have a suspended drivers licence can you still drive a scooter.....help me with your knowledge please tell me it all please.

You have to be 16 plus with a provisional license have passed the CBT test for compulsive basic training course which has to be attained through a bike training school, all information is held on the DVLA website.
