MOBILE, Ala. - Kind people are lifting the spirits of a family in need. A Bell Fontaine family is piecing their lives back together after losing everything in a house fire.
"It was very devastating. To see all we had worked for and all we had go up in fire like that. I still cry," Felicia Ward said.
Those tears of sorrow have turned into tears of joy for Ward. She and her family lost everything they owned when a fire ripped through their Carley Road Home. The family barely made it out safely, but it was a task trying to get her wheelchair-bound paraplegic son Quintin to safety.
"I was sad. Now I'm overwhelmed, overjoyed. Like God opened doors and windows and pouring blessings and it's coming. There are angels still out there," she said.
