I'm young and I lift weights and stay active. However, I feel old sometimes. For instance, when I get up from a chair or after laying down on a bed. I'm 29 years old. However, either I don't let my body get enough rest and recovery or I need some other sort of alternative. I'm wondering if it's because I don't stretch or get massages?

she is 22 me and her get along like brother and sister she has always taken care of me and I have always taking care of her I would sacrifice my life for her anything she needs I am there. The other night I was over at her house and she has hot tub is not exactly that but something like that she has it all set up for me lift chair and everything. Well on this night everything the same old you know she's in her bikini and I am right beside her but after like 25 minutes she turns in front of me and takes everything off like I said before she does everything for me when we have a sleep over she helped me get dressed anyway after she did that she grabs my swimsuit and takes off to we did not have sexwe just sat there massage my body she asked me after we were all done if I wanted to do that again my question to you what should I do? And can you give me any tips on what I can do to her to pay her back in the not any sexual stuff please?remember she means everything to me

She is your girlfriend you said so it is only natural that she is trying to please you. Just because your physically challenged doesn't make you a martry or anything. Perhaps she is wanting to take your relationship to the next level and become active sexually. The only way you can find this out is by communicating with her how you feel about this. I am also disabled and so can relate somewhat to how you are feeling. Sounds to me like you've got yourself a keeper in this lady and that you should be grateful and live life to the fullest. As for paying this young woman back why not order in a pizza and have a nice long talk about your relationship and how grateful you are to have someone like her in your life. Someone who is not judgemental or helping you out of pity, but someone you can rely on and love with all your being. Good luck to you both.

Hi I was reading about other peoples pregnancys to compaire with and hopefully find out what's wrong or going on. I find I'm a different becase I've been going into false labor every thur. of the week between 6pm-3am and they last 12-28 hours. I've also had contractions every 4-6 minutes lasting 30-40 seconds yet my waters haven't broke and eventually my contractions become irregular and I'm left being very sore the following day. I'm 2 cm dialated and the baby's head is really really low causing pelvic pain when I walk or use my pelvic muscels (such as lifting my legs up to put a pair of pants on). I've gone to the doctor 3 times now and was sent home due to being early. my due date is April 4th and even though I'm 6 days away and I had bloody show this time along with red streaks down the back of my legs. I've also tried the birthing ball, walking, sitting in a backwards chair, massage etc. Yet I'm still not going anywhere. Why is this happening? This is also my second pregnancy.

You are probably having Braxton-hicks contractions. They are perfectly normal and are your body's way of preparing for actual labor. They help to thin-out and dilate your cervix.

Bloody show usually means that true labor will begin within the next 48 hours. However, a pinkish discharge can also simply be the result from a cervical exam.

It sounds though as if you are not too far away from going into labor soon.
