I'm a traditional Chinese guy,I sale all kind of lift chair and massage chair all over the world.But I was confused by my customers'requirement,They always think price is the major problem,if we have an agreement on price then they will consider about the quality.

Faithfulness meaning reputation is the most important. Your intent to supply a product that is covered by your reputation is the way I would go your products are specialty products.
She is lonely and wants to move house because nobody likes her. She moves house and then wants to go back because nobody likes her and it was much better there.

What about sheltered housing, she would have her own rooms, lounge,bedroom, kitchen,bathroom, and her own front door, but there would always be someone on call if needed, they have a large comunity room and dining if required, they go on trips, and have freedom to be private,or join in if they want.They are safe from intruders, so family don`t have to worry so much. try your local council. hope this helps.
