My 8month old king charles pup has suddenly started to lift his leg inside, on the sofas, legs of chairs/tables etc! It's so strange, because he is fully house-trained. And he doesn't need to go to the toilet, he just does little tiny pees all over the place! Help!

He is 7 years old and has a history of peeing in the house if I leave him inside while I am gone. I figured it was anxiety. But starting Friday, he is peeing even when I am home. I am making sure he goes out enough, but it hasn't helped. He peed all over an air matress that I had set up Friday, he lifted his leg on a chair I was actually sitting in Saturday, and I walked in the living room to see him lfting his leg on my curtains about 20 minutes ago.
If he is not neutered he is most likely trying to show that he "owns" that object. You know, a dominance thing.
I have a little yorkshire terrier, and he can get pretty aggressive some times, whenever I lift my leg he snaps at me. I could be lifting my leg to put in on a chair to tie my shoes, or just resting on something but the second he sees that he tries to bite me. what does this mean?
if he has ever been steped on hardly, or kicked then he might be afraid he is going to be harmed...so he thinks by barking he is warning you not to hurt him
