Mobility Lift

I am lifting to get mobility with power. I don't want to build huge muscles. so, is it okay to lift two days in a row if I am just doing a lot of reps w/ less weight? I know it's bad to lift two days in a row if you are lifting a lot of weight but I'm not.

The best thing I would suggest for toning muscles is to break a full body routine into 3 sessions, and do each session twice a week. Keep the high rep/low weight thing, and wait about a minute between sets.

This way you get a slight cardio workout 6 days a week as well as strength training. You will burn fat faster while your muscles continue to grow slightly, and the definition will come much faster.

Seems like he has limited mobility within his arms. His arms only go about chest high. Can you give me a link to a picture where he has arms above head.

- Me and my friend have a bet whether he can or not lift his arms to scratch head. I can't find nothing.

At this stage I don't want to go spending a fortune on one of those chairs that lifts up, as we don't know how long I will be in this state. Meantime I am trying to work out what to get to help me to get out of my chair. I had thought a walking frame or something, but I don't know if there is something more suitable. All advice will be gratefully received.

If you think you will need it only short term then a walking frame would probably do the job fine.
Many chairs at home are very low, you can get something to raise the height of your chair which makes it easier to stand without help. I'll edit if I can find one similar online.
When you are ready to stand up, shuffle your bottom as far forward on the seat as you can, again it makes standing easier.

My grandma is looking for a new car which has a higher seat and no door sill, similar to the Citreon Xsara Picasso. Basically she wants a car which is a bit higher so its easier to sit and swivel round and that doesn't have a door sill and foot well that she has to lift her legs over.
Unfortunately the Xsara Picasso is too big for her so I was wondering if there were any cars similar to that but smaller.

I am looking for a small tavel one,needs to be as light as possible as i will be lifting it myself (woman)
