some people say it can affect the muscle size and it can cause medical problems due to variation in the body temperature.
There are many conflicting advices which I have got from different people.
Please provide me with the best answer.
You can take a bath right away!
Your body will thank you for that. It have lots of toning effect on your hormones, especially if you have a cold shower.
Some people fear bathing or showering after exercise because they think they might get spasm. The truth is that you don't get spasm when you combine heat vapors and cold water, or cold wind and hot water. In order to get spasm you need vapor + vapor. Let me explain. Let's say you took a nap and it was very hot in your room and you open your fridge, there is a great chance that you can get spasm, because it was hot vapors and cold vapors.
On the other hand, let's say you come for the dessert and someone throws an ice cold bucket of water at you, your body will thank you and nothing will happen to you, besides a few jumps that is likely that you will do. But you will be alright, you wont get spasm.
I hope I explained myself here. It is a little tongue twister for me to explain this. But I hope you get the message! :)
Take care! :)

and the doctor comments on the unusual length of their penises. "yes sir, we got them from our mother" says smila.
"Your mother?" Surely you inherited them from your father?"
"No sir." says jim jr "You see our mother Myklia only has one arm"
"One arm? whats that got to do with the length of your penises?"
"Well she had to lift us out of the bath somehow."
Hahahahahahahahaha, that's a good one babyblue, your on form tonight.

It's not surprising that a large number of myths have arisen regarding the unique challenges associated with pregnancy.
Dr. Robert H. Shmerling, a physician at the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and a member of the faculty at Harvard Medical School, has unearthed the following sample of 12 pregnancy myths that he says can be safely ignored. I've never heard of any of these myths; but then, I've never been pregnant.
The worse your morning sickness, the more likely you are to have a girl. (Dr. Shmerling does point out, however, that several studies have shown that women who are hospitalized for morning sickness are slightly more likely to deliver a girl.)
If you raise your arms above your head while pregnant (as when hanging up clothes on a clothesline), the baby will get the cord wrapped around its neck.
If you get a lot of heartburn during pregnancy, your baby will have a thick head of hair.
Avoid sleeping on your back; or, always sleep on your left side.
To keep your unborn child safe, avoid sex and exercise during pregnancy.
You should not touch a cat while pregnant. Women are indeed advised not to handle their cat's litter while pregnant because a cat's stool may carry a parasite that can cause toxoplasmosis, a serious infection in the mother and a possible cause of deformities in the fetus. However, other activities, such as petting your cat or allowing it to sit on your lap, are not prohibited. If you want complete peace of mind about this, you can have your cat tested for toxoplasmosis.
If you are pregnant, you cannot have x-rays and should avoid microwaves and computer terminals. Excessive or needless radiation should always be avoided, pregnant or not, but you should follow your doctor's recommendations for x-rays that are necessary. Modern microwave ovens and computer terminals do not expose the fetus to harmful radiation.
Don't take a bath if you are pregnant.
If the weather is stormy or the moon is full, you are more likely to go into labor, even if you are weeks away from your due date.
Avoid spicy foods — they can trigger labor before you are ready.
Avoid bumpy car rides — they can trigger labor; or, labor can be triggered by being bumped in the abdomen or by lifting groceries.
You can determine your baby's gender by the position of sexual intercourse when the baby was conceived, and by how your baby is situated in the womb.
i am so glad my wife had to do this.. all i can say is if you have any worries go to the doctor that is what they are there for.. good luck to you all our there that are going to have babies.
Ok, i just found a type of skin cancer on my nephew. for one, he has jet black hair and dark skin (mexican decent). he just turned 2 this past 3rd of September. i was in the middle of bathing him when i went to wash his hair i felt a little bump. first i thought it was dry skin from craddle cap, then i lifted up his hair and their it was. a pink little lump. oh my goodness. i couldn't believe what i was seeing. get this right next to it another one seems to be growing. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING. what could have caused it. could it be from his mother who is a drug addict or her feeding him nothing but milk. poor baby he's been through so much, now this. i plan on taking him to emergency in the morning. HIS MOTHER WON'T GIVE MY BROTHER MY NEPHEW'S INFO SO THAT WE CAN GET HIM MEDICAL INSURANCE, GEE HE JUST TURNED TWO AND HE NEEDS HIS IMMUNIZATION SHOTS, WHICH I DON'T BELIEVE SHE'S KEPT UPTO DATE ON THAT.
WHAT CAN I DO??
HOW CAN I GET FULL CUSTODY OF MY NEPHEW? AND GET HIM THE CARE HE NEEDS?
In California, a dr. won't even see him without his parents consent...
If your brother is the dad...he can do it, and he can take her to court for custody...
If that is not an option, you can call social services and ask them what you can do...explain the situatiion...
Why do you think the bumps are cancer??? There are a lot of things pink bumps could be, that are no big deal...skin cancer doesn't usually look like that....my daughter had pre-cancer removed when she was 12...no reason...no sun to area...no drugs...excellent medical care and diet...she is white/blonde/green eyed...dr. said it can just happen, luckily I saw something and took her...so it was pre---not cancer.
I'm a nursing assistant at a group home. I do alot of physical work - lifting, pushing, pulling, bathing heavy and big patients. I got rear ended earlier this month and b/c of it, I was not able to work this month. My back was hurt pretty badly and things were never certain w. my condition. In the beginning, i didn't feel the pain but as days went, my back got worse and worse. I initally didn't work the first week of march thinking i was going to be well but the next week, my doctor ordered 3 weeks off of work. I gave my work the doctor's note. Last week, I went for a final check up and my doctor suggested not going back. My back is going to take another back of physical therapy. I'm still young (22) and I"m a student hoping to get into the medical field - my job is just a part time thing and I'm also concerned for my back regarding it's limitations and capacities in the future. My boss is a nurse and gets it but i'm "scheduled" to go back tomorrow. Because of the uncertainty of my back, I never could give them "notice" and i just had my check up last week. Should I write them a note or tell them? Do i go to human resources as well? I think they my boss and supervisor were aware of my bad condition (3 weeks...) and i don't wanna keep being on "medical leave" longer than a month...
Talk to your boss and tell her your condition isn't progressing so you would be able to continue working. Then she can get on with hiring a replacement, or she might be able to give you a desk job for a few months but will probably want you to just leave.
Give HR a written note saying you are still on medical leave but will not be returning so you are giving your notice now. They don't care since you can't work the notice isn't important but you can save you gave notice,
