Adjustable full/queen bed frame dimensions???

Ok I bought a mattress and along with that got a adjustable full/queen metral frame, which I never used and is still in box….
Now my question is I want to sell it and I checked the dimensions for the frame its 70 in length & 60 width. Now I don’t understand what to call it as I checked the dimensions for full/queen they don’t match…..
I never opened the box and its almost 1 year now…. Please help I want to get rid of it ,but can’t sell unless I know what exactly the dimension are..
Any help,I bought it from discount mattress store

The frame is adjustable to fit up to a queen size bed. In your description for the frame just say, "Adjustable bed frame for Full to Queen size bed" The length doesn't matter the end is open so if the bed is longer it just overhangs the frame. They give them away free with just about any bed purchase. I'm not sure what market there is for it, I put them in the recycling.

Does is my metal bed frame designed to fit my queen mattress?

I just bought a queen size mattress and frame from Craig's list. It is a pretty standard basic metal frame. My main problem with it, is that the mattress hangs off the end of the frame about 6 inches. I have looked online at similar frames, and many are advertised to fit full AND queen mattresses. I am not sure how this works as queen beds are longer. It fits width wise though, as that is adjustable.

The frame looks like this: http://www.amazon.com/gp/customer-media/ product-gallery/B0002CICVU/ref=cm_ciu_pd p_images_0?ie=UTF8&index=0

Is this the wrong size frame? Is it supposed to hang over? Is there something I can do (short of getting a new frame) to support the bottom?

Thank you for your expertise/insight!
Oops, sorry for the horribly phrased question. I should mention as well that I don't have a box spring (won't fit up the stairs), so it is rather annoying that the mattress just hangs down limply.

every metal frame ive ever seen is shorter than the mattress set, i guess it keeps you from hitting your leg on the metal frame....

make sure you frame has good center support if your using a queen mattress on it or your new mattress will bow in the middle....if it dont have the middle bar with a foot in the dead center,,, you may can stack some bricks or books from floor to dead center of your box spring...
